True-blue! We get our bikes straight from the factory in Holland, and our team counts a couple of firm but fair bike-loving Dutch members. Even if we wanted to cheat; they wouldn’t let us. They’ve threatened to smear the office with melted Gouda cheese if we do.
Call us, we are happy to help. Usually, on the odd occasion when something does arise it can be solved quickly and simply. Any decent cycle shop will stock parts, and on the odd occasion when they dont we keep a stock of all parts on hand which are just one or two days shipment away
In theory, yes. But we do advise you to go the Dutch way and get an extra chain lock so you can cling it to something.

Definitely. The single speed Dutchies have single ‘long’ gear which is perfect for relatively flat inner cities or gentler country inclines, whilst the three gear Dutchies will help you pedal both up and downhill quite comfortably.
Yes, you will be able to fit the majority of Child Seats to a Dutchie.
No, you can still freewheel just as you would any other style bike. You do not have to continuously pedal. If you find yourself at the top of a hill you can happily freewheel all the way down to the bottom.
We aim to dispatch with 24 hours or receiving an order, this gives us enough time to thoroughly check the bicycles before dispatch. All bicycles are delivered fully boxed and protected by a professional courier company. They promise to have your Dutchie delivered within 2-3 working days.
Yes. All Dutchie Bikes arrive 95% assembled. This is the only way a bicycle can be shipped in a way that provides it with maximum protection. Bikes are fully assembled, and the only thing we need to do for packing and shipping is remove the pedals and front wheel, that’s it. Assembly is not difficult (Dutchie's come with very clear instructions), and takes anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes depending on how ‘handy’ you are. Customers who feel that they may not be particularly handy, or simply want the assurance that comes from a professional bicycle specialist, can choose to have their bicycle delivered directly to their local bicycle shop. We will do this at no additional cost (just remember to fill in the address of your local bicycle shop as the delivery address at checkout, and make sure they are aware of its arrival!). A local bicycle shop can usually do this for a very reasonable price.

- I would like to give a review on my Dutchie bike, I received my Dutchie in June for my 50th Birthday!!! An I love it...!! My 15 year old daughter users it too!!! I have loads of compliments from friends and neighbours, it causes lots of interest at my local Booths here in Longton...!!!! - Arrived tuesday exactly as promised, had to set up the gears which were slightly out of adjustment and centre the front brake, otherwise went together without any issues, I have in the past worked as a cycle mechanic and owned many bikes, dont just compare spec sheets, these are exceptionally well made for the money

- What can I say that your other customers have not, the 'chic' is a stunning bike and so comfortable, can't believe it took me so long to get one! When I first stepped through the frame I had a panic as the seat seams so close to the handlebars but once seated its the most natural and comfortable position , and at 6ft tall its the first bike I've owned that fits me (Chic 3 Speed Size 2) ! Love it !! would thoroughly recommend one , in fact I already have.

- Super fast delivery. Couple of little niggles but not Dutchies fault and they dealt with them excellently and professionally. They were so helpful and I couldn't have asked for more. - It was great except DHL wouldn't deliver on Saturday nor let me change address so I ended up getting a cab to collect the bike from their depot. Dutchie were great though and when I emailed them to tell them my bell was broken on receipt of bike they shipped a new one for free immediately :-)

- I just wanted to say a big thank you for arranging delivery of the Chic 3 speed today 25th Nov. It was a surprise birthday present for my wife and it arrived in perfect condition. It took around half an hour to complete assembly and seconds to adjust the front brake. A complete novice like myself had no problem. The bike is spotless & solidly built (not too light) and my wife absolutely loves it! I am sure she will like the bike even more when she ventures out tomorrow.
